Happy Valentine's Day!

February 06, 2009

It is hard to believe that the first month of 2009 has come and gone.  The hustle and bustle of the holidays kept us all running, then January came and it seems nothing slowed down.  Here we are preparing for Valentine's Day and thinking ahead to Spring Break. While much of the country has been struck with ice, snow and freezing temperatures, the West Coast is experiencing almost Spring-like weather.  The groundhog has seen his shadow making 6 more weeks of winter the prediction.

Many of us have changed our Valentine's Day traditions since having children.  The expensive, romantic dinners out have been traded for heart shaped pizzas that we can enjoy with our kids. We typically play a family game and just enjoy time hanging out as a family.  If Valentine's Day includes gift-giving, we are excited to share with you some fun Valentine's Day gift ideas; we hope you enjoy our favorite picks!
